Abstract

APARELHO DE TERMINAL DE COMUNICAçãO E MéTODO DE TRANSMISSãO SEM FIO. A presente invenção refere-se a um aparelho de terminal de comunicação, que exibe um período de tempo mais curto requerido até um começo de comunicação e faz com que um rendimento no sistema de comunicação sem fio seja menos reduzido. Neste aparelho, quando o número, N, de retransmissões notificado por uma parte de determinação de resposta (107) é zero, uma parte de seleção de subcanal a ser usado (108) seleciona um subcanal, dentre outros, o qual exibe a ordem mais alta de uma das qualidades de recepção dos subcanais notificada por uma parte de determinação de qualidade de recepção (106), e então notifica o subcanal selecionado para uma parte de alocação de subcanal (113). Quando o número, N, de retransmissões notificado é um ou mais, a parte de determinação de resposta (107) seleciona um subcanal, o qual exibe a enésima qualidade de recepção de ordem mais baixa do que a qualidade de recepção de ordem mais alta, com base nas qualidades de recepção dos subcanais notificadas pela parte de determinação de qualidade de recepção (106) para um sinal piloto recebido após uma transmissão do último sinal de requisição de acesso e, então, notifica o subcanal para a parte de alocação de subcanal (113).
