Abstract
SENSOR DE UMIDADE COM CIRCUITO LC DE ALTO Q. é apresentado um dispositivo para a medição do teor de umidade de um substrato. O dispositivo utiliza um circuito LC de alto Q com uma freqüência de ressonância. O circuito LC utiliza um indutor de alto Q e um capacitor. O dispositivo utiliza, também, um gerador de sinal de alta freqüência, operacional para acoplar potência ao capacitor, eletricamente acoplado ao circuito LC e a uma unidade de modificação em matriz de fibra. A freqüência de ressonância do circuito LC é alterável em resposta ao teor de umidade do substrato colocado no interior da unidade de modificação em matriz de fibra e próximo ao capacitor.
