Abstract
MéTODO PARA SIMULAR DEPOSIçãO DE ARENITO. A invenção é um método para simulação de deposição de arenito. O arenito é simulado pela estimativa da distribuição de tamanho de grão e da composição mineral dos grãos (1) no arenito, simulação de sedimentação (2) de grãos da distribuição de tamanho de grão e composição mineral dos grãos, simulação de compactação (3) dos grãos e simulação de cimentação (4) dos grãos. As propriedades do arenito, tais como porosidade e permeabilidade, podem ser estimadas do arenito simulado. O método permite que múltiplas mineralogias sejam simuladas durante a história de enterramento de sedimentação, compactação e cimentação.
