Abstract
PROCESSO E INSTALAçãO DE REDUçãO DIRETA PARA PRODUZIR METAL FUNDIDO Expõe-se um processo de redução direta. O processo é caracterizado pelo processameto de gás de saída liberado a partir de um vaso de redução direta (3). O processamento do gás de saída inclui resfriar o gás de saída e material particulado carreado no gás de saída e depois disso remover o material particulado do gás de saída resfriado. O gás de saída resfriado e limpo é dividido. Pelo menos parte do gás de saída é usado como ma fonte de energia para aquecimento de regeneradores (11). Uma outra parte do gás de saída é usada como uma fonte de energia em uma unidade de recuperação de calor perdido (25). O processamento do gás de saída também inclui ajustar as condições de operação na unidade de recuperação de calor perdido para acomodar variações no gás de saída fornecido à unidade de recuperação de calor perdido.
