Abstract

ELEMENTO DE AQUECIMENTO APERFEIçOADO E CIRCUITO PARA UM DISPOSITIVO DE GERENCIAMENTO DE CABELO. Um novo tubo oco de transferência de calor alongado (14) é formado de um metal que é preferencialmente perfurado e que aquece e resfria rapidamente, tal como cobre, alumínio, ou latão. O tubo oco (14) tem espessura de parede suficiente para rigidez, mas é suficientemente fino para permitir rápido aquecimento e resfriamento. Em adição uma nova fonte de calor com uma lâmpada de luz (50), preferencialmente, alógena, localizada com o dito tubo oco (14) que igualmente aquece e resfria rapidamente, a lâmpada de luz (50) é removível e substituível no caso de dano. Um circuito exclusivo automaticamente aplica energia total à unidade até que ela alcance a temperatura desejada e então permite um circuito de controle (80) a automaticamente reduzir a energia aplicada a uma válvula suficiente somente para manter a temperatura desejada.
