Abstract
CALçADO COM SOLA AJUSTáVEL A presente invenção se refere a um calçado que compreende uma gáspea (1) fixada a uma sola (2), e a palmilha (3) removível que é inserida no calçado sobre a dita sola; a sola (2) apresenta pelo menos uma porção deformável (6A, B; 16A, B; 26A, B; 36A, B; 46A, B; 56A, B; 66A, B; 76A, B; 86A, B; 96A, B) e pelo menos uma porção substancialmente não deformável (7A,B,C), a dita parte deformável permite que a largura e/ou comprimento e/ou perimetro da sola sejam pelo menos parcialmente variados para que as dimensões da sola sejam adaptadas região plantar do usuário, o dito calçado compreende dispositivos (14; 24; 34) para manter a sola em posição deformada preferida adaptada às dimensões do pé do usuário do calçado; os dispositivos para manter a sola em uma posição deformada preferida compreendem pelo menos um elemento substancialmente rígido (14: 24; 34), o dito elemento rígido é fixado a palmilha (3) em uma posição tal que quando a dita palmilha for introduzida no calçado o dito elemento se torna posicionado em relação à pelo menos uma porção da parte deformável (6A, B; 16A, B; 26A, B; 36A, B; 4MG; 56A, B; 66A, B; 76A, B; 86A, B; 96A, B) da sola (2), o dito elemento rígido é formado e dimensionado de modo a manter a sola na dita posição deformada preferida.
