Abstract

PROCESSO PARA O SUPORTE DE SERVIçO EM UMA REDE DE VìDEO BASEADA EM IP COM BASE EM INFORMAçõES DE ESTADO COMANDADAS POR ASSINANTES. A presente invenção refrere-se a redes de vídeos baseadas em IP que normalmente oferecem serviços de entretenimento que trasmitem filmes e outros dados de vídeo para o assinante, por meio de vídeo streaming. O aparelho terminal que recebe estes dados de vídeo é um denominado Set Top Box (SBT), que é conectado a um aparelho de TV. Na procura por novos campos de negócios, existe por parte das operadoras de redes deste tipo o interesse em oferecer também outros serviços.O processo de acordo com a invenção descreve como serviços baseados na presença, por exemplo, de mensagem istantânea, podem ser oferecidos para os assinantes de redes de vídeo deste tipo
