Abstract

"PRODUTO DE PAPELãO". Um papelão é fabricado por um processo usando uma suspensão de polpa de consistência alta contendo níveis altos de fibras celulósicas reticuladas, dispersando as fibras em uma peneira com um rotor na peneira e depois passando as fibras através do cesto de peneira com um diâmetro de furo de pelo menos 2 mm e formando as fibras celulósicas em um suporte foraminoso. Uma outra suspensão de fibras celulósicas regulares é depositada sobre pelo menos um lado da primeira suspensão durante o processo de formação e a trama resultante é desidratada e secada.
