Abstract

UM NOVO PROCESSO DE AGITAçãO DE CULTURAS DE MICROALGAS EM TANQUES USANDO BOMBEADOR POR BORBULHAMENTO.Para agitação, homogeneização, troca de gases e iluminação de cultivos de microalgas em tanque de cultura, compreendido por um sistema de movimentação do cultivo de microalgas pelo processo de arraste por borbulhamento sendo este arraste produzido por unidades de bombeadores por borbulhamento colocadas simetricamente no interior do tanque de cultivo e arranjadas de tal modo que fluxo horizontal de meio de cultivo que se estabelece na saída de cada unidade de bombeador por borbulhamento, é orientado de encontro ao fluxo horizontal produzido pelas unidades de bombeadores por borbulhamento circunvizinhas de modo a gerar fluxos e contra fluxos solenoidais ao longo de todo o meio de cultivo. Este sistema permite a máxima eficiência nas trocas gasosas com o meio de cultivo, permitindo também uma maior eficiência no processo de alternância de períodos de iluminação e sombra paras todas as porções de população de microalgas do cultivo.
