Abstract

"USO DE UM PRODUTO DE AMIDO MODIFICADO QUIMICAMENTE". A presente invenção se refere ao uso de um amido quimicamente modificado para controlar e/ou regular o nível de glicose no sangue de mamíferos e absorção pós-pandrial. Tais amidos quimicamente modificados, quando propriamente formulados em alimentos, podem ser usados para fornecer o consumo com glicose em um período de tempo extenso e níveis de glicose mais constantes.
