Abstract

"PROCESSO E DISPOSITIVO PARA A FUNDIçãO DE UMA PEçA MOLDADA". A presente invenção refere-se a um dispositivo (1) para a fundição de uma peça moldada (2) que apresenta um recipiente coletor (3) para o material fundido, a partir do qual um volume predeterminado do material fundido pode ser escoado através de uma abertura de um escoamento (4) para o interior de uma coquilha (5). Para aumentar a precisão da dosagem do volume escoado do recipiente coletor, de acordo com a invenção o dispositivo caracteriza-se por um corpo de deslocamento (6) que pode ser mergulhado dentro do material fundido que se encontra dentro do coletor (3), a fim de deslocar material fundido através da abertura de escoamento (4) para o interior da coquilha (5). Além disso, a invenção refere-se a um processo para a fundição de uma peça moldada para um dispositivo deste tipo. (figura 4).
