Abstract
"MOENDA PREPARADORA DE CANA COM QUATRO ROLOS DE GRANDE DIáMETRO E BAIXA VELOCIDADE PERIFéRICA". Patente de Invenção que é compreendido por dois pares de rolos de grande diâmetro (4) e (8) sobrepostos. A cana é arrastada pela esteira metálica (1). Uma faca rotativa (2) estraçalha a cana e descarrega na calha fechada (3) que alimenta o par de rolos superiores (4). Os dois pares de rolos (4) e (8) com os diâmetros da ordem do dobro dos diâmetros dos rolos de uma moenda com capacidade de moagem equivalente, comprimem a cana entre eles, aumentando sua densidade e fragmentando a cana para que os rolos das moendas de extração de caldo possam tragar a cana preparada. As duas compressões rompem as células onde está contido o caldo da cana que é a finalidade principal da moenda de preparo e também extrai parte do caldo reduzindo a quantidade contida na cana entregue para o conjunto de moendas de extração. O caldo é coletado pelos cochos (6), (7), (9) e (10) e o bagaço cai pela calha vertical (11) descarregando na esteira (12) que leva para o conjunto de moendas que vão realizar a moagem e extração do caldo."CANE PREPARER MILL WITH FOUR LARGE DIAMETER ROLLS AND LOW PERIPHERAL SPEED". Invention patent which is comprised of two overlapping pairs of large diameter rollers (4) and (8). The cane is dragged by the metal belt (1). A rotary knife (2) splits the cane and discharges into the closed rail (3) which feeds the top roller pair (4). The two pairs of rollers (4) and (8) with diameters on the order of twice the diameter of the rollers of an equivalent milling capacity compress the cane between them, increasing their density and fragmenting the cane so that the rollers of the broth extraction mills may swallow the prepared sugarcane. The two compressions break the cells containing the sugarcane juice which is the main purpose of the preparation mill and also extract some of the juice reducing the amount contained in the sugarcane delivered to the set of extraction mills. The broth is collected by troughs (6), (7), (9) and (10) and the bagasse falls through the vertical trough (11) unloading on the conveyor (12) that leads to the set of mills that will grind and broth extraction.
