Abstract
UNIDADE TURBOCHARGER COM SUPORTES PARA UM EIXO DE ROTOR A presente invenção se refere a uma unidade turbocharger (10, 11) possuindo uma montagem de eixo para um eixo de rotor (15; 19), eixo de rotor que em sua primeira extremidade suporta uma roda de turbina (14; 18) e em sua outra extremidade suporta uma roda de compressor (16; 20) e o eixo está suportado em um alojamento de suporte por intermédio de dois elementos de suporte espaçados axialmente (24, 25), um dos quais forma um, suporte axial por intermédio de um anteparo (19a) sobre o eixo de rotor. Em concordância com a presente invenção, a referida unidade turbocharger (10, 11) está caracterizada pelo fato de que uma pré-carga de suporte exata desejada é alcançável se o eixo de rotor (15; 19) está proporcionado com uma porção externamente rosqueada (19b), que coopera com um anel de descarga internamente rosqueado (28) que está montado sobre o eixo de rotor (15; 19) por intermédio de uma junção rosqueada (l9b, 28b) de uma maneira tal que o anel (28) forma um suporte axial atuando na direção axial oposta contra o outro elemento de suporte (24, 25).
