Abstract

APARELHO DE FORMAçãO DE BEBIDA, MéTODO DE REFRIGERAçãO E SISTEMA DE FORMAçãO E DOSAGEM DE BEBIDA. Trata-se de um aparelho de formação, sistema e método de refrigeração de bebida. O aparelho de formação de bebida inclui um recipiente para conter uma bebida, um dispositivo destacador para raspar as partículas congeladas da bebida de uma superfície interna do recipiente, um meio de refrigeração para refrigerar a bebida até uma temperatura predeterminada, e um motor para propiciar um movimento relativo entre o recipiente e o dispositivo destacador. O sistema de formação e dosagem de bebida inclui uma mangueira de entrada para dosar uma bebida no sistema, um aparelho de formação de bebida para formar a bebida com partículas microscópicas congeladas da bebida, uma torneira para dosar a bebida com as partículas microscópicas congeladas da bebida em um recipiente, e um aparelho de descongelamento para descongelar as partículas microscópicas congeladas da bebida.
