Abstract
SISTEMA DE SUPRESSÃO DE OSCILAÇÃO, APARELHO OFFSHORE DE ÁGUAS PROFUNDAS PARA UTILIZAÇÃO EM PERFURAÇÃO E PRODUÇÃO DE PETRÓLEO E APARELHO PARA MINIMIZAR MOVIMENTOS DE CABECEIO, ARFAGEM E BALANÇO DE UMA ESTRUTURA OFFSHORE FLUTUANTE.
