Abstract

"SENSOR DE FLUXO MáSSICO DE CORIOLIS". Um sensor de fluxo de massa de Coriolis inclui um tubo de escoamento, uma fonte de luz e um tubo de luz, tendo uma entrada de luz situada para receber luz da fonte de luz, e uma saída de luz, para emitir a luz recebida da fonte de luz. Um detector de luz recebe luz da saída de luz do tubo de luz, e um dispositivo acionador vibra o tubo de escoamento, de modo que o tubo de escoamento se movimente por um caminho de luz entre a saída de luz do tubo de luz e o detector de luz. Em determinadas modalidades, o tubo de luz define uma seção genericamente quadrada. Uma abertura de detecção, tendo uma forma predeterminada, é situada entre a saída de luz do tubo de luz e o detector de luz.
