Abstract
Un sensor de flujo de masa de Coriolis comprende un tubo de flujo, una fuente de luz y un conducto de flujo luminoso que tiene una entrada de luz situada para recibir luz de la fuente de luz y una salida de luz para emitir la luz recibida de la fuente de luz. Un detector de luz recibe luz de la salida de luz del conducto de flujo luminoso, y un dispositivo de mando que hace vibrar el tubo de flujo tal que el tubo de flujo se mueve a través de una trayectoria de luz entre la salida de luz del conducto de flujo luminoso y el detector de luz.
