Abstract

"SISTEMA DE RASTREAMENTO DE OLHO HìBRIDO E MéTODOS ASSOCIADOS". A presente invenção refere-se a um sistema e a um método para rastrear mudanças oculares que durante um procedimento cirúrgico incluem o direcionamento de um feixe ótico seguro para o olho na direção de um olho não-dilatado e não-paralisado. Um feixe ótico refletido é detectado, e medições são realizadas com base nos dados contidos no feixe ótico refletido de pelo menos um parâmetro geométrico do olho em uma freqüência predeterminada, e a partir das mesmas é calculada uma mudança em pelo menos um parâmetro geométrico. A mudança calculada é utilizada para ajustar dinamicamente o direcionamento dos disparos de feixe de laser durante a cirurgia.
