Abstract

"MATERIAL COMPOSTO DE MANCAL DESLIZANTE COM CAMADA ANTIFRICçãO DEPOSITADA CATODICAMENTE". A presente invenção refere-se a um material composto de mancal deslizante, com uma camada posterior de aço, uma camada de suporte de bronze ou latão, fundida, sinterizada ou chapeada sobre a mesma, e uma camada antifricção depositada catodicamente sobre a camada de suporte ou uma camada intermediária de um material de camada antifricção na base de alumínio/estanho/cobre; para aumentar a capacidade de carga e resistência a desgaste do material composto de mancal deslizante, a invenção propõe que a composição do material da camada antifricção seja AISn (22-30) Cu (2,3-2,8), opcionalmente com, respectivamente, até 2% em peso de NI, SI, Mn e elementos resultantes de impurezas, até, respectivamente, 0,5% em peso na soma, mas não mais do que 1% em peso, e que a dureza da camada antifricção importe em 110 - 150 HV 0,002.
