Abstract

"USO DE EXTRATOS DE GENTIANA LUTEA COMO UM AGENTE ANTIMICROBIANO". A presente invenção refere-se ao uso de um extrato de Gentiana lutea (genciana-amarela) como um fármaco para o tratamento de infecções bacterianas. Descobriu-se que o extrato apresenta um efeito antimicrobiano que corresponde à eficácia da ampicilina. O fármaco inusitado pode ser transformado em quaisquer formulações galênicas costumeiras e é muito particularmente apropriado para o tratamento de infecções dos tratos respiratórios superior e inferior, tais como rinossinusites e bronquites.
