Abstract
"REGULADOR DE áNGULO E DE MOMENTO DE REAçãO DE UM MOTOR DO TIPO GEROTOR QUE POSSUI UM EIXO E UMA BROCA DE PERFURAçãO EM UMA COLUNA DE PERFURAçãO DOBRADA". A presente invenção refere-se a dispositivos para perfurar de forma controlada poços direcionais. O dispositivo de controle da invenção consiste em um elemento oco central e três elementos tubulares ocos fora de linha entre si, ligados ao mesmo. O referido elemento central e o primeiro elemento do lado de sua conexão a um eixo ou fuso mestre são dotados, cada um, de sua própria seção segmentária de contato, deste modo formando um par de seções segmentárias de contato dispostas entre os mesmos. As referidas seções estão dispostas de lados opostos em relação ao plano meridiano do eixo no plano de dobramento da coluna de perfuração e a uma distância L entre os bordos mais próximos das seções segmentárias de contato ao longo do eixo geométrico central do primeiro elemento em L <242> D. A seção segmentária de contato do primeiro elemento está desviada do plano meridiano do eixo no plano de dobramento da coluna de perfuração em uma direção oposta em relação ao torque de reação de uma broca de perfuração A referida invenção melhora a estabilidade, aumenta o ângulo de desvio de um motor do tipo gerotor dotado de um eixo e broca de perfuração e a segurança de perfuração de fundo de furo heterogêneo.
