Abstract

"MéTODO E SISTEMA PARA ARRASTAMENTO E MISTURA DE GáS DE PROCESSO EM UM SISTEMA DE FORNO". A presente invenção refere-se a um método e sistema para misturar um fluxo de gás de processo pela adição ou injeção de um gás turbulento de alto momento adequadamente direcionado em um fluxo de gás de processo estratificado carregado de poeira a aproximadamente 850 a 1400<198> C para arrastar o fluxo de gás de processo de modo que a estratificação seja reduzida e a mistura de ambos os gases e sólidos suspensos seja aperfeiçoada. O arrastamento de jato do fluxo de gás de processo por uma injeção apropriada de gás serve para melhorar o contato dos materiais reagentes, tais como o combustível residual e o oxigênio disponível, e ainda serve para aperfeiçoar o completamento das reações, tais como a combustão do combustível e a transferência de calor para o material bruto / farinha de forno.
