Abstract

"MéTODO PARA A MANUFATURAçãO DE ELEMENTOS DE CONSTRUçãO OCOS". A presente invenção se refere a um método para a manufaturação de um elemento de construção oco, alongado, compósito, no qual um primeiro blank (1) e um segundo blank (14) (blank - molde em vazio, pedaço de metal a ser estampado ou cunhado) são transportados através de uma fornalha (2) para aquecimento para a temperatura de trabalho e são transportados entre um par de laminadores (3, 4) com superfícies perfiladas para a pré-configuração em uma ou mais etapas. O primeiro blank (1) e o segundo blank (14) são cada um transportados através de uma prensa de forjamento com um número de almofadas de estampagem interagindo, o primeiro blank (1) e o segundo blank (14) sendo trabalhados em um número de etapas (5, 8, 11) para formar metades de uma integridade no produto acabado principal, possuindo uma seção transversal essencialmente na forma de um perfil em (U) com uma altura, uma largura e uma espessura de material pré-determinadas variando ao longo de seu comprimento. O segundo blank (14) constitui na maior parte uma cópia do primeiro blank (1). Em uma etapa final (15), o primeiro blank (1) e o segundo blank (14) são unidos juntamente pelo menos ao longo de suas respectivas bordas, para formar um elemento de construção oco compósito (18). A presente invenção também se refere a um elemento de construção oco, alongado, compósito, manufaturado pelo referido método anteriormente descrito em concordância com a presente invenção.
