Abstract
"AMIDA HIDROLASES DE áCIDO GRAXO VEGETAL". A presente invenção refere-se a amida hidrolase de ácido graxo de planta (FAAH) que codifica seqüências. Também providos são construtos compreendendo estas seqüências, plantas transformadas com os mesmos e métodos de uso dos mesmos. A invenção permite a modificação de plantas para níveis de N-Aciletanolamina e atividade de FAAH. Tal modificação pode ser usada para produzir plantas que são aperfeiçoadas em relação a crescimento, germinação de semente, resposta de patógeno e tolerância ao estresse.
