Abstract

"APARELHO PARA SOLDAR ELEMENTOS CILìNDRICOS E CORPOS TOROIDAIS". A presente invenção refere-se a um aparelho para soldar elementos cilindros e corpos toroidais, o aparelho compreendendo uma base (13), um adaptador de eletrodo (14), tendo um eletrodo de soldagem (15) fixo ao mesmo, um membro de ajuste (1) que é montado na base (13) e possui o adaptador de eletrodo (14) montado rotativamente com mancal estendido através do mesmo, e uma câmara de gás de proteção (3), a qual é montada de modo desmontável no membro de ajuste (1) em torno do eletrodo (15). O espaço de acomodação da câmara de gás de proteção (3) para elementos ou corpos (A, B) a serem soldados é projetada de uma maneira tal que os elementos ou corpos (A, B) a serem soldados constituem uma seção das paredes que definem os espaço de gás da câmara de gás de proteção (3) e constituem ainda uma divisão para dividir a câmara de gás de proteção em dois compartimentos de câmara, um dos quais, uma câmara interna, direciona o gás de proteção para o interior dos elementos ou corpos a serem soldados e o outro, uma câmara externa (5; 5,1; 5,2) circunda a solda eventual.
