Abstract

"ARRANJO/MéTODO DE AMORTECIMENTO DE PERTURBAçãO DE PRESSãO DE FLUIDO, DISPOSITIVO DE ATUAçãO ACIONADO POR FLUIDO E ARRANJO DE DIREçãO HIDRáULICA PARA UM VEìCULOS". Perturbações de pressão no fluido de acionamento de um dispositivo de atuação (10), tal como um sistema de direção hidráulica veicular, que dão surgimento a ruídos ou vibrações discerníveis por usuários do veículo são amortecidas incluindo no circuito hidráulico uma mangueira de amortecimento (42) tendo uma parede periférica que define um espaço contendo fluido de seção transversal não circular, permitindo tais perturbações deformarem o formato da parede localmente para variar a área de seção transversal sem depender do esticamento da parede. A forma de mangueira adequada é aquela definindo uma seção transversal que é elíptica ou com partes de parede opostas tendendo a se fechar juntas sem pressão de fluido, e preferivelmente é disposta na linha de retorno de pressão mais baixa (36) entre o atuador acionado por fluido (26) e bomba (30), adjacente ao atuador quando aquele é uma fonte de ruído ou vibração a ser amortecida.
