Abstract

"MéTODOS PARA PRODUZIR óLEOS BASE LUBRIFICANTES E PARA TRATAR UMA CARGA DE ALIMENTAçãO PARAFìNICA". Um método para produzir óleos base lubrificantes é fornecido compreendendo as etapas de: (a) hidroisomerizar uma carga de alimentação em um catalisador de peneira molecular de tamanho de poro médio sob condições de hidroisomerização para produzir um produto isomerizado tendo um ponto de fluidez maior do que um ponto de fluidez alvo dos óleos base lubrificantes; (b) separar o produto isomerizado em pelo menos um óleo base lubrificante leve tendo um ponto de fluidez menor do que ou igual ao ponto de fluidez alvo dos óleos base lubrificantes e uma fração pesada tendo um ponto de fluidez igual ou maior do que o ponto de fluidez alvo dos óleos base lubrificantes e um ponto de turvação maior do que o ponto de turvação alvo dos óleos base lubrificantes; e (c) desenevoar a fração pesada para fornecer um óleo base lubrificante pesado tendo um ponto de fluidez menor do que ou igual ao ponto de fluidez alvo dos óleos base lubrificantes e um ponto de turvação menor do que ou igual ao ponto de turvação alvo dos óleos base lubrificantes.
