Abstract

"RECEPTOR E MéTODO PARA RECEPçãO SIMULTáNEA DE MULTIPLOS CANAIS". Um aparelho (100) de recepção de sinal provê uma arquitetura flexível para capacidade de recepção de um único canal ou de múltiplos canais. De acordo com uma modalidade exemplar, o aparelho (100) de recepção de sinal inclui um processador auxiliar (20) e um ou mais elementos (40 e/ou 60) de recuperação de canal. O processador auxiliar (20) inclui um conversor A/D (10), um demultiplexador (12), e um ou mais filtros (16, 18) . O conversor A/D (10) recebe sinais analógicos- RF e converte os sinais analógicos RF em sinais digitais RF. O demultiplexador (12) decima os sinais digitais RF para gerar sinais RF decimados. O um ou mais filtros (16, 18) filtram os sinais RF decimados para gerar sinais RF filtrados. O um ou mais elementos (40 e/ou 60) de recuperação de canal processam os sinais RF filtrados para prover sinais de banda-base correspondendo a um ou mais canais de freqüência.
