Abstract

"SOLUçãO DE ACOPLAMENTO FIRME DE WLAN". é descrito um método para comunicação entre um sistema celular e um terminal móvel por meio de uma LAN sem fio padrão e a Internet permite que comunicações de dados percorra o núcleo da rede celular, permitindo assim o monitoramento do tempo e volume de uso do assinante com propósito de cobrança. Um protocolo de Camada de Adaptação de Rádio (RAL) fica disposto sobre o protocolo EAP/EAPOL. No sistema celular, um Nó de Suporte de Serviço GPRS tem um protocolo RAL/EAP/TCP-IP para fornecer comunicações entre a LAN sem fio e o sistema celular por meio da Internet.
