O substrato de disco ótico inclui: uma primeira área anular para fixação, que rodeia a extremidade externa do orifício central e inclui primeira superfície superior e primeira superfície inferior sobre ela e uma segunda área anular para formar área de armazenagem de informações que rodeia a extremidade exterior da primeira área anular e inclui segunda superfície superior e segunda superfície inferior sobre ela; além disso, a primeira superfície inferior e a segunda superfície inferior encontram-se sobre o mesmo plano, enquanto a primeira superfície superior é mais alta que a segunda superfície superior. Além disso, um disco ótico que aplica o substrato de disco ótico e método de formação do disco ótico também são incluídos na presente invenção.
