Abstract

"FERRAMENTA PARA AJUSTE DE MANCAL DE DIFERENCIAL DE RODA E MéTODO PARA AJUSTAR MANCAIS DE DIFERENCIAL DE RODA". é fornecida uma ferramenta para ajuste de mancal de diferencial de roda para uso com mancais de diferencial de roda que têm copos de mancal roscados. A ferramenta inclui um par de chapas que engatam as extremidades externas dos copos de mancal em conjuntos de mancais sustentando giratoriamente a metade plana e a metade com flange de uma caixa de diferencial dentro de um suporte de diferencial. Uma haste roscada estende-se entre e através das duas chapas e porcas são dispostas na haste nos lados das chapas opostos aos copos de mancais. A rotação de uma ou de ambas as chapas causa ajuste correspondente na posição dos mancais desse modo resultando em ajuste de posição dos mancais.
