Abstract
"PROCESSO PARA PREPARAçãO DE TINTAS DE MUDANçA DE FASE". A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para preparação de uma composição de tinta de mudança de fase que compreende (a) um carreador de tinta de mudança de fase, o dito carreador compreendendo pelo menos um componente não-polar e pelo menos um componente polar, e (b) partículas de pigmento, o dito processo compreendendo (1) seleção de pelo menos um dos componentes carreadores polares para serem um dispersante de partícula de pigmento; (2) mistura das partículas de pigmento com o dispersante; (3) extrusão da mistura de partículas de pigmento e dispersante em um extrusor em uma temperatura que está no ou acima do pico da temperatura de cristalização do dispersante e abaixo do pico da temperatura de fusão do dispersante, desse modo formando uma dispersão de pigmento; (4) subseq³ente à extrusão da dispersão de pigmento, adicionar à dispersão de pigmento quaisquer componentes polares restantes e o componente não-polar; e (5) submissão da mistura resultante da dispersão de pigmento, componente polar e componente não-polar à mistura de alto cisalhamento para formar uma tinta.
