Abstract

"MáQUINA DE REFRIGERAçãO PARA INJETORAS". Constituída por um conjunto máquina (1), sendo que em sua porção frontal há um painel de controle (2), que é utilizado para o ajuste e controle da máquina de refrigeração. A máquina de refrigeração (1), forma em toda extensão de sua parte externa superior, uma caixa de proteção metálica externa (7) que têm em seu interior o evaporador (8) pertencente ao sistema de refrigeração da máquina, sendo que é intermediado por uma válvula de expansão, que permite o resfriamento do sistema na câmara do evaporador (8). Dito evaporador (8) trabalha dentro de uma caixa de alumínio e inox onde também é disposta a tubulação da água (9) que é refrigerada e enviada à máquina de injeção. Na porção inferior da máquina de refrigeração (1), há um compartimento (12), protegido por uma grade (13), onde são dispostos os demais componentes do sistema de refrigeração: o compressor de refrigeração (10), o condensador (11) e uma unidade de controle de refrigeração (14). Esse compartimento (12) também é provido por uma bomba hidráulica (15) conectada ao sistema de tubulação de água, responsável pela circulação da água a ser refrigerada e enviada à máquina injetora. Na porção posterior da máquina (1) encontram-se as tubulações de entrada e saída (16), que fazem o intercâmbio do líquido refrigerante entre a máquina de refrigeração (1) e a máquina injetora e também onde encontram-se válvulas (17) de controle da vazão das tubulações da água, permitindo assim um melhor controle na vazão de líquido refrigerante que percorre os canais de refrigeração do molde na máquina injetora. Completando, referida máquina de refrigeração (1) conta com quatro suportes em rodas (18) para deslocamento da máquina."INJECTOR COOLING MACHINE".
