Abstract

"MéTODO PARA BALANCEAR EIXO PROPULSOR". Um processo para balancear um eixo propulsor veicular incluindo um eixo propulsor e um eixo de entrada de uma árvore de veículo, interligados por uma junta universal. Primeiro, o eixo propulsor do veículo é balanceado até um desbalanceamento residual predeterminado tendo um ângulo de vetor de desbalanceamento de 0<198> a 180<198> que se encontra em linha com o conjunto aberto de munhões de junta cardan. O desbalanceamento residual corrigido é, então, marcado visualmente. A seguir, o eixo de entrada é balanceado até um desbalanceamento residual predeterminado tendo um ângulo de vetor de desbalanceamento de 0<198> a 180<198> que se encontra em linha com os furos transversais das orelhas da forquilha. Novamente, o desbalanceamento residual corrigido do eixo de entrada é, então, visualmente marcado. Durante a montagem do veículo, o operador da linha de montagem acopla o eixo propulsor ao eixo de entrada por meio de uma cruzeta de junta cardan alinhando as marcas no eixo propulsor e no eixo de entrada, de modo que as marcas estejam localizadas opostas uma a outra.
