Abstract
"APARELHO E MéTODO PARA MONITORAR A CONDIçãO DE UM ELEMENTO DE FILTRO". A invenção refere-se a um sistema de filtro que inclui um conjunto de filtro que tem um alojamento, um elemento de filtro disposto dentro do alojamento, uma passagem de entrada que estende-se através do alojamento e uma passagem de saída que estende-se através do alojamento, a passagem de saída em comunicação com a passagem de entrada através do elemento de filtro; e um conjunto de monitoramento de condição do elemento que inclui um transdutor de pressão de entrada em comunicação com a passagem de entrada, um transdutor de pressão de saída em comunicação com a passagem de saída e um microprocessador ligado nos transdutores de pressão de entrada e de saída. O transdutor de pressão de entrada afere a pressão dentro da passagem de entrada e o transdutor de pressão de saída afere a pressão dentro da passagem de saída. O microprocessador calcula um diferencial de pressão entre a pressão de entrada e de saída e calcula um status da condição do elemento utilizando pelo menos um parâmetro de condição do elemento, o qual pode incluir o diferencial de pressão.
