TECHNICAL FIELD

The present invention relates, in general, to cigarette pack holders, which prevent cigarette packs from falling out of cigarette display cases. In particular, this invention consists of an improvement of the typical L-type holders for cigarette packs, and their anchoring in the cigarette display racks that display the cigarette packs on the inner panel (frame) of the display racks to be installed at points of sales.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

The display cases for cigarette packs placed at points of sale are well known. Although such display cases are firmly affixed to walls, they are constantly subject to unexpected impacts, causing cigarette packs to fall from the display cases together with the bases that hold them in said display case, resulting in a messy look of the display cases. cigarette, thus discouraging the purchase of said product by consumers. The main disadvantage of the said device is that the elastic band that holds the cigarette packs in place can come loose, thus making its support function unusable, in addition, it lacks a frame hook to be attached to the display rack by means of of grooves arranged in the interior panel of said display rack.

Therefore, there is a shortage in the state of the art of a support device for cigarette packs, which can be housed in display cases by means of frame hook members, and a support guide for cigarette packs.

OBJECTIVES OF THE INVENTION

It is a main objective of the present invention to hold cigarette packs in place by means of a display part by exerting a slight pressure on the cigarette packs and to prevent any movement of them, even though the display case in which they are placed is subject to movement.

It is a second object of the present invention to maintain the device for holding cigarette packs, anchored to a frame by means of hook members of said frame and a support guide for cigarette packs.

It is a third objective of the present invention to facilitate the placement of numerous cigarette pack holders in the same space: the simultaneous display of products or items with multiple shapes and sizes, preventing the addition or creation of additional units for product placement or different configuration items.

It is a fourth objective of the present invention to maximize the communication space where the holders for cigarette packs are located:

The fifth objective of the present invention concerns lighting: by virtue of the transparent material (acrylic or plastic) providing the illumination of the interior of the interior panel from the inside, resulting in products or items being illuminated without the need for lamps or additional luminaires that would otherwise be installed on the front or outside the display stand.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

Therefore, the guide (4) is constructed of the same material as the cigarette pack holder (acrylic or plastic), however, it can be made of other materials, the same can be thermoformed while the cigarette pack holder is made , or can be glued to the support part (1) on its back; in addition, the guide can be preferably cylindrical in shape, however, another guide having another shape will also work.

With reference to figures 4 and 5, figure 4 is the rear view of the cigarette pack holder, while figure 5 shows the part of the inner panel where the cigarette pack holder can be placed. Figure 4 shows the frame hook (5) and guide (4) of the cigarette pack holder of the present invention, which are inserted into the grooves (10) and guide groove (11) of the inner panel (frame) respectively in Figure 5.
