Abstract

Exhibitor container of artlcuios

The present invention relates to an article display container, especially an article packaging package suitable for being transformed into a presentation package of the articles, for example for presentation for sale.

Prior art

Containers are known for the conditioning and transportation of printing devices, such as notebooks, made from a tray of semi-rigid material, as well as corrugated cardboard, by tray-forming machines. Such containers provided with a tray containing the devices and an upper cover that covers the tray ensure an economical conditioning of the said devices. However, the items must be removed from their packaging to be presented for sale, especially in the self-service departments of the retail stores. This maneuver of transfer of the devices is expensive in labor.

On the other hand, exhibitor boxes of artlcuios are known, obtained by way of example from American boxes conveniently pre-cut in their upper part. However, such boxes are not suitable for the presentation of piano devices, such as notebooks.

Various examples of packages are known from documents FR 2 818 617 A, FR 1 400 046 A, FR 2 792 290 A and ca 474 451 A.

The purpose of this application is to remedy all or part of these inconveniences.

Exhibition of the invention

For this purpose, a container for the conditioning of articles is proposed, according to claim 1. The bottom wall is in an incline position, for example according to an anguide of 5 degrees to 15 degrees.

From this provision, it turns out that the items fitted on a piano in the aforementioned container, once the container has been placed in the presentation position for sale of the items, are arranged in a favorable presentation for visibility, access and sale.

This distribution opening is obtained by rotating the container, especially in the straight anguio of the standard position for the conditioning of the devices, then forming the bottom of the tray a presentation face of the devices.

The aforementioned fastening elements are obtained from the wall of the container, by copying parts of the wall conveniently pre-cut, glued and fixed to hold the incinerated tray and prevent bascuciation, especially in a vacuum.

In particular, the aforementioned fastener elements comprise three elements, respectively two elements, preferably identical, arranged close to the edges of the tray and iarara of the tray intended to eievate the front part of the tray, and an element in the rear part of the container, preferably medium, intended to prevent the rear bascuiamiento of the tray in presentation.

These elements are advantageously years obtained from the precut of the wall, glued, preferably in straight wall anguide and fixing to each of the aforementioned years to the container.

Advantageously, the cover is a lid of the tray, soiidarized in closing to the tray, for example attached to the latter. This cover helps to maintain, or support the devices in the incision of the tray.

The invention also relates to a constituent starting part of the tray and a constituent starting part of the lid.

According to a form of reaiizacion adapted to a rectangular or similar paraieiepipedic container, the said tray starting piece is rectangular. This comprises three rectangular parts adjacent to one another in the inequality of the starting piece, respectively a middle part corresponding to the bottom of the tray and two iaterial parts, arranged to one and another part of the middle part and corresponding to the ions of iongitude or width of the tray, and also arranged to one and another part of said rectangular parts, transverse to the direction of extension in iongitude or width of the starting piece, and destined respectively to form ios of width or iongitude of the tray . The aforementioned parts and years of the starting piece are delimited from each other by lines of discharge of the cardboard that allow it to be pasted.

This starting piece comprises a pre-cut line advantageously formed in a triangle in said rectangular parts, preferably developed according to a middle symmetry piano of the starting piece. The part circumscribed by this pre-cut line (triangle) is preferably intended to be removed.

This pre-cut line can be provided with ribs, such as openings for the passage of the finger, arranged regularly in its length, facilitating its access in tearing.

This precut line comprises, in particular, wall breaking points.

Two precut lines corresponding to the two elements intended to raise the front part of the tray, are also formed partly in each of said rectangular parts corresponding to the length or width sides of the tray, and partly in each of adjacent wings intended to form the width or length sides of the tray, respectively.

These pre-cut lines may be provided with an opening, such as an opening for the passage of the finger, which facilitates access with a view to catching and folding the corresponding extra-wing. These are arranged close to the folding line of the bottom wall and of the adjacent width or length side of the tray, preferably opposite each other in symmetry with respect to a mid-plane of the starting piece.

These can comprise a pre-cut part suitable for folding according to a fixing line or folding line of the support wing and to be fixed to this wing with the help of a hitch that cooperates with a complementary opening of the wing.

In accordance with this embodiment, the cover part of the lid comprises a rectangular part that forms the wall itself of the lid and wings arranged on either side of the lid and intended to form the sides of the lid, the which are intended to be in solidarity with the side walls of the tray, preferably glued to the side walls of the tray, outside them.

A pre-cut line corresponding to the element on the rear side of the container, intended to prevent the rear tilting of the present tray, is formed in the rectangular part that forms the actual wall of the lid. This pre-cut line comprises a trimming part, associated at least with a passage opening of the finger for its extraction and a fixing or folding part intended to allow the folding of the wing obtained from the trimmed part. This so-called anti-balancing wing may have a triangular shape whose base side preferably crosses the edge line of the rectangular part, which is intended to be applied against a support wall of the container.

This pre-cut line is advantageously associated with another pre-cut line that defines an anti-tilt wing fixing leg. This leg cooperates with the anti-balancing wing, folded, which is preferably provided with a notch in which the folded anti-swing wing is locked.

The package according to the invention is advantageously made by a machine for forming said parts.

According to another aspect, the invention also relates to a new update of an article packaging package, provided with a tray and a lid like this! as of an opening of presentation of the articles discovered by tearing a pre-cut line provided on its wall, this opening being configured to form a presentation face of the articles, for example after rotation of the container, especially at right angles of the normal position of conditioning of the articles.

Referring to the drawings, a package 1 is presented for the conditioning of articles 3, especially printing pianos, such as notebooks arranged on a piano, as seen in Figure 1. The package 1 is here in normal conditioning position of articles 3.

This package 1 comprises a tray 5 in which the articles 3 are housed, and an upper cover or lid 7 intended to cover the tray 5 and close it. The container 1 has here a rectangular parallelepipedic conformation or the like.

The package 1, as seen in Figure 2, is arranged in the presentation position for sale of the articles. This package is then provided with an opening 9 for presenting the articles in the tray 5. The latter are then placed in a song in a substantially vertical situation. The container 1 has been rotated at a right angle to its normal conditioning position, and the bottom 11 of the tray then forms a front presentation face of the articles.

Thus, the items have not been unpacked from the container for sale, the same being true! turned on presentation for example arranged directly in the sales departments of the self-service sales items. In addition, such presentation of the articles facilitates visibility and access of the articles.

This opening 9 results from a precut line 13 formed at least in the bottom wall 11 and possibly in the side walls 15 of the tray (see also Figure 5). This pre-cut line 13 is in fact suitable for being torn to constitute the opening 9 of distribution of the container, discovering, after the aforementioned rotation at right angles of the container, at least in part the said articles, for presentation for sale.

More particularly, the articles 3 are slightly inclined, the container 1 being inclined by means of fasteners 17 that tilt the tray backwards, in the presentation for sale. An anti-balancing element 19 of the tray is also provided in the cover 7. The access of said articles is even more favored with this inclination, which is relatively small here, for example according to an angle of 5 degrees to 15 degrees of angle , as seen in Figures 2 and 3. The cover 7 then supports the articles 3 in its backward inclination.

The fastening elements 17 and anti-balancing 19 are obtained from the container wall, as seen in Figures 3 and 4, for example obtained by folding parts of the wall conveniently pre-cut, folded and fixed to hold the inclined tray and prevent it from tilting. , especially in vacuo.

These fastening and anti-balancing elements consist of three elements, respectively two identical elements 17, arranged next to the front and side edges of the tray that raise the front part of the tray, and an element 19 on the rear side or cover. 7, medium, which prevents tilting back of the tray.

The package thus defined is mechanically made by means of a machine called tray-forming machine made from corrugated cardboard starting pieces constituting the package, namely a starting part 21 constituting the tray 5 and a starting part 23 constituting the cover 7.

The starting piece 21 is rectangular. This can comprise three rectangular parts adjacent to each other in the length of the starting piece, respectively a middle part 11 corresponding to the bottom of the tray and two side parts 15, arranged to one and another part of the middle part 11 and corresponding to the length sides of the tray, and wings 25 arranged on either side of said rectangular parts, transversely to the length direction of the starting piece, and intended to form the width sides of the tray. These parts 11, 15 and wings 25 are delimited from one another by a line of discharge 26 of the cardboard, in broken line, which allows the folding of these parts or wings together.

This starting piece 21 advantageously comprises a pre-cut line 13 formed in a triangle or the like in said rectangular parts, preferably developed according to a half-symmetrical plane P of the starting piece.

This precut line 13 is provided with openings 13a, such as openings for the passage of the finger, regularly arranged in length, which facilitate access with a view to its breakage.

This precut line 13 comprises parts of break points 13b and trim parts 13c of the wall. Especially, the inner wall portion to the precut line 13 is intended to be removed.

Two precut lines 27 corresponding to the two elements 17 intended to raise the front part of the tray, are also formed partly in each of said rectangular parts 15 corresponding to the sides of length and partly in each of the wings contiguous 25 intended to form the width sides of the tray.

These precut lines 27 are provided with at least one opening 27a, such as an opening for the passage of the finger, which facilitates access with a view to catching and folding the corresponding wing 17a, which is folded according to

a line 27b for fixing or folding the wing. The lines 27 are arranged proximally each to the folding line 26 of the bottom 11 and of the sides 15 corresponding to the edge of the bottom wall 11 of the tray, which are opposite each other in symmetry with respect to the median plane P of the starting piece.

These pre-cut lines 27 circumscribe the pre-cut part 17a on the side 15 and on the wing 25, intended to be substantially folded at a right angle on the side 15 according to the fixing line 27b, after the cut-out part 17a 'on the side 15 is folded according to the edge line or folded 26 on the side 15 to be fixed at its end to the wing 25 with the aid of a hitch 29 cooperating with a supplementary opening 31 of the wing. By doing this, a fastener 17 is formed in L attached to the wing 25.

The starting part of the lid 23 comprises a rectangular part 7a that forms the wall itself of the lid 7 and wings 7b arranged on either side of the part 7a according to a cardboard discharge line that allows the folding of the wings 7b with respect to part 7a. The wings 7b are intended to form the sides of the lid, which are intended to be joined to the side walls 15, 25 of the tray, for example glued to the outside of the side walls of the tray.

A precut line 33 corresponding to the element 19 on the rear side of the package, intended to prevent tilting backwards of the presentation tray, is formed in the rectangular part 7a that forms the wall itself of the lid. This precut line 33 comprises a cutout part 33a, preferably associated at least with a finger passage opening 33b for its extraction, and a fixing or folding part 33c intended to allow the folding of the wing 19a leaving the part of the cut 33a. This wing 19a has a triangular shape, which is intended to be applied by its base against a support wall, for example of a sales department, of the container.

This precut line 33 is advantageously associated with another precut line 35 which defines a fixing leg 37 of the anti-balancing wing 19. This leg 37 cooperates with the anti-balancing wing 19, folded according to a folding line 35a perpendicular to line 33c, which is provided with a notch 37a in which the folded anti-swinging wing 19 is inserted in lock.

The packaging form is now described. This results from the preceding description.

It is a first time to form tray 5.

The sides of length 15 are folded at right angles to the bottom side 11, facing each other, then the wings of width 25 adjacent to the sides of length 15 are folded at right angles to each of the latter, and finally the wings of width 25 adjacent to the bottom 11 are folded at right angles to the bottom, being folded down and glued to the other two wings of width 25 placed side by side.

With tray 5 being formed, the articles 3 can be inserted into the tray by its upper opening.

It is now about forming the lid 7.

The latter is obtained by folding the lateral wings 7b of the lid wall 7a at right angles and gluing these wings 7b to the sides 15, 25 of the tray.

Once the lid 7 has been glued to the tray 5, the items 3 are locked in the package obtained. These can then be transported in this container.

The container being in a store sale department, the operator opens the opening 9 by tearing the corresponding precut line 13. The opening is then eliminated, which simultaneously eliminates the wings of width 25 circumscribed by this opening, namely the wings of width greater than 25 to the starting piece of figure 5.

The front fasteners 17 are now developed by acting on the corresponding precut lines 27. The precut part 17a is substantially folded at a right angle on the corresponding side 15 according to the fixing line 27b, then the cut part on the side 17a ' it is folded according to the edge line 26 on the side to be fixed by its end to this wing with the help of its hook 29 which cooperates with the complementary opening 31 of the wing.

The anti-balancing wing 19 is then developed by folding the corresponding triangular clipped part 19a at a right angle to the lid and fixing it to the associated fixing leg 37, in turn folded at a right angle, by insertion into its notch 37a.

The packaging ace! equipped can then be arranged in the sales department, being conveniently rotated, substantially at right angles to its normal position of conditioning of the articles, so that its opening 9 is as front face in the department and in front extension of the tray. The tray is at a small inclination backwards by the holding elements 17, the articles 3 being supported by the bottom 11.

Variations of embodiment can be imagined within the scope of the invention, according to which the package could have a confirmation other than a rectangular parallelepipedic, for example partially cylindrical.

On the other hand, the shapes of the fasteners can be diverse.

Container (1) according to claim 2, which is rectangular or similar parallelepipedic, in which the starting piece (21) of the tray comprises three rectangular parts adjacent to each other in its length or width of the piece of leaving, respectively, a middle part (11) corresponding to the bottom of the tray and two side parts (15) arranged to both sides of the middle part (11) and corresponding to the length or width sides of the tray, and wings (25) arranged on both sides of said rectangular parts (11, 15), transversely to the direction of extension in length or width of the starting piece (21), and intended to respectively form the sides of width or tray length, the starting part (21) comprising a pre-cut line (13) formed in a triangle in said rectangular parts. 4. Container (1) according to claim 3, wherein the starting part (21) of the tray comprises pre-cut lines (27) corresponding to the two elements (17) intended to raise the front part of the tray , formed partly on each of said rectangular parts (15) corresponding to the length or width sides of the tray, and partly on each of the adjacent wings (25) intended to form the width or length sides of the tray, respectively. 5. Container (1) according to claims 3 or 4, wherein the cover starting piece (23) comprises a rectangular part (7a) that forms the actual wall of the lid and wings (7b) arranged to both sides of the latter and intended to form the sides of the lid (7), which are joined to the side walls (15, 25) of the tray. 6. Container (1) according to claim 5, wherein the cover starting part (23) comprises a pre-cut line (33) corresponding to the element (19) on the rear side of the container, intended to prevent tilting backwards of the present tray, formed in the rectangular part (7a) that forms the wall itself of the lid, this precut line (33) comprising a cutting part (33a), and a fixing part (33c ) intended to allow the folding of the wing (19a) obtained from the trimming part, which is intended to be applied against a support wall, for example of the sales department, of the package. 7. Use of a package (1) for conditioning articles (3) according to one of the preceding claims, provided with a tray (5) and a cover (7) as! as of an opening (9) for presenting the articles (3) discovered by tearing a precut line (13) provided in its bottom wall, this opening (9) being configured to form a presentation face of the articles, for example after rotation of the container, especially at right angles to the normal position of the articles.
