DISPOSIçãO EM AQUECEDOR DE AR PARA GALPOES DE AVIáRIOS. O modelo de utilidade refere-se a uma disposição em forno destinado ao aquecimento do ar interno de galpões de aviário que é formado por uma carcaça metálica (1), dotada de uma porta (2) para a fornalha, uma gaveta (3) de retirada de cinzas, hastes opcionais (4) para tração dos raspadores das câmaras internas e uma chaminé (5). Estreitas câmaras alongadas (6) são dispostas transversal e inclinadamente acima da fornalha (7) e forçam os gases de combustão a executarem um trajeto mais comprido e tortuoso durante a convecção natural até a sua saída pela chaminé (5), indicado pelas setas, aumentando a eficiência da transmissão de calor. As paredes da fornalha (7) são afastadas da carcaça do aquecedor (1), criando uma câmara (8) em seu redor onde também circula o ar a ser aquecido. Um exaustor (9) é posicionado no lado externo do forno (1), succionando o ar a ser aquecido que transita pelo interior das câmaras transversais (6) e das câmaras envolventes (8) das paredes da fornalha (7). O ar aquecido entra por uma abertura (10) executada na carcaça (1) e por uma fresta (11) que contorna externamente a chaminé (5).
