"PROCESSOS PARA DESCONGELAR E PARA PROCESSARALIMENTO CONGELADO EM UM FORNO DE MICROONDAS, E,FORNO DE MICROONDAS PARA DESCONGELAR ALIMENTO".Um forno de microondas e um processo para processar alimentocongelado em um forno de microondas (1), cujo forno demicroondas compreende uma fonte de microondas (3), umacavidade do forno (2) e uma unidade de controle (5). A unidade decontrole é provida com um sinal de entrada contendo informaçãosobre o peso do alimento, e faz com que a fonte de microondasforneça microondas a alta potência média na cavidade do forno,durante um primeiro intervalo de tempo, bem como um segundointervalo de tempo, que são separados por um período de espera,de tal modo que os gêneros alimentícios serão essencialmentedescongelados ao final do segundo intervalo de tempo.
