Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA A PRODUçãO DE UM TUBO DE MATERIAL POLIMéRICO ASSOCIADO COM NO MìNIMO UMA FIBRA óPTICA ACOMODADA NELE, TUBO DE MATERIAL POLIMéRICO, E, EQUIPAMENTO PARA PRODUZIR UM TUBO QUE COMPREENDE NO MìNIMO UMA FIBRA óPTICA ACOMODADA NELE". Encolhimento indesejado e imprevisível por ocorrer em um tubo de material plástico que contêm fibras ópticas em seguida à sua fabricação, especialmente durante a armazenagem, quando o tubo está enrolado em um carretel. Como resultado pode haver variações incontroláveis da relação entre comprimento do tubo e comprimento da fibra óptica contida nele ("variação de fibra em excesso"). A presente invenção é relativa a um processo e equipamento para limitar estas variações de fibra em excesso em um tubo plástico, esticando o tubo por uma quantidade pré-definida durante a fabricação. A presente invenção também é relativa a um tubo plástico submetido a um esticamento pré-definido, a um cabo que constitui tal tubo e a um equipamento adequado para fabricar tal tubo.
