Dispositivo e método para controle da distribuição de ítens de produto através de uma linha de fabricação, em particular, para o controle da distribuição de fatias de batata através da largura de uma fritadeira em uma processo de fabricação comercial de batatas fritas, incluindo uma quantidade de sensores para a medição do conteúdo de umidade das batatas fritas que saem da fritadeira e um controle para determinar a existência de um estado variável deste conteúdo de umidade que deva ser corrigido. é provida uma quantidade de distribuidores de condutores rotativos, os quais são controlados pelo controle de acordo com valores de ajuste de posições em uma tabela de conferência, correspondendo às variações do conteúdo e umidade detectadas.
