Abstract
"MéTODO PARA FABRICAçãO DE TIRAS DE AçO INOXIDáVELE LINHA DE LAMINAçãO INTEGRADA". Uma tira de açoinoxidável, que é fundida e/ou laminada a quente e a qual é de corescura devido a óxidos na superfície da tira, que permanecem dafabricação precedente das referidas tiras fundidas e/ou laminadasa quente, é laminada a frio em um ou mais passes de laminação afrio (1113) um após o outro, de modo que a espessura da tira sejareduzida em 10-75% e de forma que as crostas de óxido sejamesmagadas, isto é, de modo que fissuras sejam estabelecidas nascamadas de óxido. Posteriormente, a tira é temperada em um forno(18) tendo uma atmosfera de forno obtenível por aquecimento doforno por meio de queimadores que consomem um líquido oucombustível gasoso, o qual é inflamado por meio de um gás quecontém pelo menos 85% em volume de oxigênio e não mais do que10% em volume de nitrogênio, em que uma atmosfera de forno écriada, na qual a tira pode ser temperada sem oxidar as superfíciesde metal que são expostas através do esmagamento, em um modoque tornaria difícil a desincrustação e a desoxidaçãosubseq³entes.
