Abstract
"HASTE DE CONEXãO COM FURO PERFILADO PARA CAPACIDADE DE CARGA AUMENTADA" Uma submontagem de haste de conexão de pistão cilíndrico do motor, para uso em um motor, inclui um pistão (53), um pino de pistão (52) e uma haste de conexão (51). A haste de conexão possui uma parte terminal de pistão com um furo de pino de pistão (62). O pino de pistão é inserido através do furo de pino de pistão e partes opostamente dispostas do pistão, para prender o pistão e a haste de conexão juntos. As extremidades opostas do furo de pino de pistão são usinados ou perfilados com as partes de relevo (60, 61), para permitir a deflexão de pino de pistão e desse modo maximizar a capacidade de transportar carga, fornecendo uma área de contato maior. As partes de relevo podem ser uma superfície curvada (65) usinada como parte de um furo, ou uma pluralidade de superfícies de tronco de cone inclinadas extremidade com extremidade (66a, 66b, 66c). As partes em relevo são formatadas para corresponder ao formato do pino de pistão correspondente quando sob carga, durante a operação de motor normal.
