Abstract

本发明提供了一种无油孔油槽的连杆小头衬套,包括连杆衬套本体(包括,梯形等各种结构形式的连杆衬套),所述连杆衬套本体的两个开口的内侧边缘处均以一定角度向外侧倾斜。相对于现有技术,本发明具有以下优势:有利于保证衬套的整体刚强度,使连杆小头衬套与连杆底孔贴合应力均匀分布,连杆小头衬套与连杆底孔之间贴合更好;同时,在衬套两边缘分别设置向外的倾斜角度来存油,能够更好的保证连杆润滑。

技术领域
本发明属于连杆衬套领域,尤其是涉及一种无油孔油槽的连杆小头衬套。
背景技术
传统连杆小头衬套润滑结构设计为:活塞销与连杆小头衬套间隙配合,连杆小头处加工油孔,衬套加工油槽(见图1)。润滑油通过飞溅检入小头衬套,凹槽可以实现储油功能,改善润滑。这种设计不足之处在于:因加工了油孔和油槽,破坏了连杆小头衬套的整体刚强度,以致连杆小头衬套与连杆底孔贴合应力不均匀,容易导致连杆小头衬套转动。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明旨在提出一种无油孔油槽的连杆小头衬套,以能够更好的保证连杆润滑的同时保证衬套的整体刚强度。
为达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
无油孔油槽的连杆小头衬套,包括连杆衬套本体,所述连杆衬套本体的两个开口的内侧边缘处均以一定角度向外侧倾斜。
进一步的,倾斜的角度为2~7度。
相对于现有技术,本发明具有以下优势:
(1)本发明无油孔油槽连杆小头衬套,有利于保证衬套的整体刚强度,使连杆小头衬套与连杆底孔贴合应力均匀分布,连杆小头衬套与连杆底孔之间贴合更好;同时,在衬套两边缘分别设置向外的倾斜角度来存油,能够更好的保证连杆润滑,因衬套没有油孔,避免压力泄油;
(2)本发明结构简单,容易实现,简化了加工工序。

具体实施方式
需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下,本发明中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。
下面将参考附图并结合实施例来详细说明本发明。
无油孔油槽的连杆小头衬套,如图2所示,包括连杆衬套本体,所述连杆衬套本体的两个开口的内侧边缘处均以一定角度向外侧倾斜,每边倒角长度约为连杆衬套总宽度的5%~15%。(请补充斜边的长度或者占衬套该处直线距离的多少),类似于一个大的倒角,从活塞振动冷却油腔出油口出来的油落到活塞销上,因机油黏度较高,在活塞销的转动及窜动的作用下。充满大倒角,实现存油,传统衬套两边只有0.5~1mm的倒角,用于安装活塞销时导向。(请详细补充此倒角存油原理,和传统的衬套边缘小倒角为何没有这种功能),能够更好的保证连杆润滑。
本实施例倾斜角度优选5度。
本发明无油孔油槽连杆小头衬套,有利于保证衬套的整体刚强度,使连杆小头衬套与连杆底孔贴合应力均匀分布。

2.根据权利要求1所述的无油孔油槽的连杆小头衬套,其特征在于:倾斜的角度为2~7度。
