Abstract

"APARELHO E MéTODO PARA TREINAMENTO UTILIZANDO UM SIMULADOR DE INTERAçãO HUMANA" Trata-se de uma ferramenta e método de treinamento baseado em computador que emula o comportamento humano utilizando uma pessoa simulada pelo computador em um cenário realístico. Ele proporciona uma experiência interativa ao detectar fraude durante entrevistas e na aceitação de declarações durante as conversões interpessoais. A pessoa simulada proporciona respostas verbais em combinação com uma exibição de vídeo animada refletindo a linguagem corporal da pessoa simulada em resposta à questões colocada e durante e após às respostas às questões. As questões e as respostas são pré-programadas e grupos interrelacionados de questões e de respostas são mantidos em tabelas dinâmicas que são constantemente ajustadas em função das questões colocadas e das respostas geradas. O sistema proporcionar um escore numérico e crítico para cada sessão de treinamento.
