Oartigo inclui um elemento de folha de fundo distensível em termoselastoméricos (30), uma camada de folha de topo permeável alíquido (28) e uma parte de retenção distensível em termoselastoméricos (48), intercalada entre o elemento de folha de fundo(30) e a camada de folha de topo (28).
