Abstract
Patente de Invenção: "PROCESSO FLEXìVEL DE PRODUçãO DE BASES óLEOS E EVENTUALMENTE DE DISTILADOS MéDIOS DE QUALIDADE MUITO ELEVADA". A invenção refere-se a um processo melhorado de fabricação de óleos de base de qualidade muito elevada eventualmente com produção simultânea de destilados médios de alta qualidade, comportando as etapas de hidrotratamento, hidrocraqueamento de preferência, sobre zeólita Y ou beta, destilação atmosférica. O efluente (que não é destilado sob vácuo) é submetido a uma desparafinação catalítica, de preferência sobre zeólita NU-10, EU-1, EU-13 ou ferrierita. O processo comporta em seguida as etapas de hidroacabamento para hidrogenar os aromáticos, de preferência sobre um catalisador que compreende pelo menos um metal nobre do grupo VIII, do cloro e do flúor, e as etapas de destilação atmosférica e sob vácuo. As qualidades dos óleos e dos destilados médios são melhorados (ponto de escoamento, índice de viscosidade, teor em aromáticos) indo mesmo até a obtenção de óleos medicinais.Invention Patent: "FLEXIBLE PROCESS FOR THE PRODUCTION OF OIL BASES AND EVENTUALLY AVERAGE DISTILLATES OF VERY HIGH QUALITY". The invention relates to an improved process for the manufacture of very high quality base oils, possibly with simultaneous production of high quality medium distillates, comprising the steps of hydrotreating, hydrocracking preferably, over zeolite Y or beta, atmospheric distillation. The effluent (which is not distilled under vacuum) is subjected to catalytic dewaxing, preferably on zeolite NU-10, EU-1, EU-13 or ferrierite. The process then comprises the hydro-finishing steps to hydrogenate the aromatics, preferably on a catalyst comprising at least one noble metal of group VIII, chlorine and fluorine, and the atmospheric and vacuum distillation steps. The qualities of oils and middle distillates are improved (yield point, viscosity index, aromatic content), even going to obtain medicinal oils.
