Abstract

<B>"MóDULO DE TELEFONE WEB INCORPORADO"<D>. Sistema para habilitar a comunicação da Rede de Dados e Telefonia (DNT) através da página WEB, inclui um servidor WEB (28) hospedando uma página interativa WEB e possuindo uma Internet, como uma ligação na página WEB adaptada para lançar o módulo do telefone capaz de DNT, e um módulo do telefone capaz de DNT associado com a ligação. Neste sistema, após a seleção da ligação pela pessoa que acessa a página WEB na Internet (13), usando uma plataforma de computador, no caso do módulo do telefone IP ser baixado para a plataforma do computador, e uma chamada IP for lançada para um endereço IP pré-armazenado e associado com a ligação . A rede DNT pode ser a Internet (13). No modelo preferido o sistema primeiro investiga a plataforma do computador para as características de hardware e software, e fixa as características determinadas no caso do módulo do telefone IP ser baixado. O módulo baixado então lança automaticamente e configura, e então lança a chamada associada. Em alguns modelos o módulo desaparece após uma chamada simples, e então serve como um habilitador instantâneo para a telefonia IP.
