Abstract
"MáQUINA PARA ESMERILHAR OU TESTAR ENGRENAGENS E PROCESSO PARA ESMERILHAR MEMBROS CONJUGADOS DE UM CONJUNTO DE ENGRENAGENS". Uma máquina (20) para esmerilhar ou testar engrenagens compreendendo uma única coluna de máquina (22) possuindo um primeiro lado (24) orientado perpendicularmente a um segundo lado (26), com o primeiro lado possuindo uma primeira haste de peça de trabalho (28) girável em torno de um primeiro eixo, e o segundo lado possuindo uma segunda haste de peça de trabalho (38) girável em torno de um segundo eixo. A primeira haste de peça de trabalho é fixada de modo móvel ao primeiro lado e a segunda haste de peça de trabalho é fixada de modo móvel ao segundo lado. A primeira e segunda hastes de peça de trabalho são móveis, uma em relação à outra, ao longo de uma ou mais direções G, H e V mutuamente perpendiculares. Pelo menos uma, e de preferência ambas as hastes, são hastes de acionamento direto. Em qualquer posição relativa das hastes e seus membros de engrenagens associados (36, 48) ao longo das direções G, H e V, os pontos de cruzamento dos seus eixos permanecem os mesmos. Para esmerilhar, a máquina inclui adicionalmente meios (64, 66) para introduzir composto de esmerilhamento na extremidade de ponta de um dos membros girando em engrazamento em um local antes do ponto de engrazamento.
