<B>"ASPIRINA LIBERADA TRANS-DERMICAMENTE"<D> Uma formulação de aspirina adequada para liberação trans-dérmica tendo aspirina em pó dissolvida em concentrações relativamente altas numa solução composta de um solvente farmaceuticamente aceitável e uma amina orgânica a. O solvente principal é preferencialmente um composto hidroxi orgânico tendo boas características propelentes trans-dérmicas. A solução de aspirina resultante é não irritante a pele e exibe boa estabilidade ao longo do tempo de vida útil de um tampão de liberação trans-dérmico. Um tampão adequado para liberação de solução de aspirina a pele de um paciente é também descrito.
